With thousands of different mortgage products to choose from, it is little wonder that some of us never find the most appropriate mortgage to suit our needs. Some people never even think of reviewing their mortgage unless they move house, although by sticking with their current lender they could be missing out, not only on lower mortgage payments but also on a range of other financial benefits.
With the majority of major banks and building societies offering an extensive range of re-mortgage products, setting out to identify the product that is right for you can be extremely daunting. On the other hand, because there is such a diverse range of special products on the market, it could well be the ideal time to consider the options available to you.

This enables us to review your current home loan against the available mortgage options and identify a suitable solution based upon your individual circumstances.
You can choose how we are paid:
1. A combination of fee and commission. We will normally charge a fee of £300 in addition to any commission received from the lender
2. A fee of £65.00 per hour. As an alternative, we can work on a purely fee basis. Any procuration fee received from the lender would be rebated back to you. For example: it typically takes 10 hours to complete the advice and recommendation process on a mortgage, therefore the fee would be £650
